Internal responsibilities: Technical design steward for SF office, and senior technical designer. Interviewed various department candidates and made hiring recommendations.



Production Lead for the redesign of iplanet websites. Produced technical documentation, client presentations, and usability standards. Lead the internationalization translation efforts for 6 international websites. Interviewed, hired, and co-lead 12 member production team, working on parallel timelines. Maintained close client relationship with weekly status meetings. Delivered websites on time and within the 1.5 million dollar budget.
